It has been my favorite since I got this incredible Chloe dupe wooden basket bag in early May. Sincerely, I've been using it wherever I go and it's been my go-to summer bag. 

Now that summer is coming to an end and I'm preparing to store it till next year, I thought now would be the ideal moment to sit down and write a review. The features and design of the Chloe Woody Basket Bag

First, let's discuss the characteristics and style of this lovely basket bag.

Handle: The broad canvas handle has the black Chloe emblem embroidered on it.

Pouch: You don't have to worry about it falling out because there is an attached, non-removable pouch within the basket.

Storage: The pouch has a sizable capacity. Your phone, wallet, sunglasses, and possibly three or more other accessories will all fit in here with ease. For a tiny purse, it's a good size.

Top: They added a mechanism to fasten the top, which is a really nice touch.

Bottom: The round leather piece bearing the Chole emblem is located at the bottom of the basket and gives it a unique decorative aspect.

Strap: The leather strap is the last one. It is fixed and cannot be removed or altered.

Options for Wearing: Wearing it cross-body, slung over your shoulder, or held in your hand are your three wearing options.

 

 

ANALYSIS OF MY CHLOE DUPE BAG

I was really eyeing this Woody Basket Bag, and because it's not too pricey, I was perfectly okay with paying the whole amount.

It dawned on me, though, that the bag is more of a summer accessory. It is also primarily constructed of raffia. Ultimately, I made the decision to inquire with one of my regular sellers to see if they had this Chloe purse, and happily they did!

 

9.5 out of 10 for quality

This bag is an amazing imitation of Chloé. The bag has no smell because it is composed of natural material. Additionally, the entire basket body is quite constructed and robust.

And get this: the leather straps still look perfect after I've been using it nonstop for about three months. They have no scratches at all.

Additionally excellent is the handle (the portion with the Chloe seal). The lettering has endured a lot of use without losing any of its color. I acquired this Chloe bag imitation a long time ago, and it's still in perfect condition.

 

The raffia did stretch a little, so I deducted half a point, but I think it was my fault. I did fill it full with a lot of material on multiple occasions.

I see some differences in the weave as well, but to the best of my knowledge, this is also a common occurrence with authentic basket bags. I won't deduct any points because of it. Furthermore, as it's a handwoven item, I believe some difference is perfectly okay.

My phony Chloe basket bag measures fairly true to size.

6.5′′ in width, 6.3′′ in height, 6.4′′ in depth, 6′′ in handle drop, and 19′′ in strap drop

I know it sounds crazy, but there isn't a single thing about this Chloe imposter that isn't the real deal. To be honest, I didn't do much research either because, as soon as it arrived, it looked exactly like the original bag I had seen at the store. 

The basket bag's raffia material isn't scratchy to the touch and feels exactly like the genuine thing.

The black Chloe logo on the wide, strong handle appears really realistic.

As with the original design, the bag within the basket protrudes slightly.

The underside has perfect stamping.

The leather strap is perfectly stitched in place and has the ideal amount of white stitching.

Every detail is completed beautifully.

 

Level of satisfaction: 10/10

Every time I wear my Chloe bag copycat, I get tons of praises.

It was great the time I spent hanging out outside with my buddies and Chloe! It was small and fashionable, big enough to hold my phone, wallet, sunglasses, and even some food and cosmetics. I was overjoyed when I heard how awesome it looked from everyone!

Then there was the occasion when I brought it to the shore to watch the sun set. This backpack was ideal for carrying food and sunscreen, which I needed to pack. I wasn't concerned that sand would ruin it because it is sturdy and useful. It enhanced my style and was quite useful.

It looks great and goes well with those breezy summer ensembles. It's been my go-to whether I'm out running errands or just relaxing on terraces with a drink. This Chloe copycat purse has served me well, and it still looks amazing after all these uses.

There is no way to remove or modify the leather strap. (People, try before you purchase!)

When rocking it crossbody, exercise caution. Because it's broader than your typical crossbody purse, you run the risk of unintentionally running into people or doors.

In conclusion, I'm quite pleased with this Chloe Basket Bag. The fact that this imitation Chloe purse is accurate makes me happy that I decided against getting the real one. I can't wait for summer of 2019 to arrive so I can rock this baby once more!

Natural and incredibly flexible, raffia is derived from palm trees. Your raffia purses require a little tender care if you want to maintain their beautiful appearance. Here is a brief guide to help you maintain the best possible condition for your raffia bags:

Keep it out of the water and excessive sunlight:

Raffia can become brittle or lose color if it is exposed to excessive amounts of sun or moisture. Thus, store your bag somewhere dry and cool; avoid leaving it outside in the sun.

Just a quick dusting: To keep the dust off your raffia handbag, give it an occasional brushing or wiping with a gentle cloth.

Keep it properly:

Place your raffia bag inside a breathable cotton bag while not in use. Avoid using plastic bags since they may become wet inside and damage your bag.
