About ten or fifteen years ago, I published a piece about the most iconic fashion bag at the time—the Balenciaga replica bag. WHY DID I BUY THIS REPLICA SAINT LAURENT HANDBAG?

I was infatuated with little bags and desired a daily bag.

I purchased an imitation Sac De Jour Nano bag to use for daily use. I purchased the smallest size because I am currently obsessed with tiny replicas of every bag made by every designer. I'm not sure when this addiction will end because the more minis I acquire, the more dependent I am on them.

Now that I've strayed, let's get back to the YSL Sac De Jour Nano. This purse is gorgeous, and I think its sophisticated flare can really help spruce up any ensemble. The good news is that the bag comes in larger sizes as well, so if you enjoy the style, you can easily just purchase a larger size! I would not recommend getting the Nano size unless you have a light burden to carry with you every day! 

MY THOUGHTS ON THE FAKE LEATHER YSL BAG

Similar to the real one, this imitation YSL is made of grained black calfskin. When obtaining a replica bag, this is the first thing you should inspect. It will give you the best indication as to whether the bag is a high-quality replica or a piece of crap.

There are no blemishes or any imperfections on the leather, and it feels and looks flawless. Furthermore, I smell nothing strange or synthetic.

The accordion side pleats also look attractive when viewed from the side. And they definitely improve the overall design and provide another level of intrigue.

HARDWARE

Although a little heavy, the hardware is great. There is another light bronze-toned one, but I went with the silver toned one. The duplicate bag I received is comparable to the original, which has hardware made of corroded nickel.

I just keep the small lock there even though I don't really know how to use it. It looks cute. To the best of my knowledge, nobody is aware of the lock's function. Haha

The feet are likewise well-made and of excellent quality. Though hardware weight varies by brand and model, it's likely that you've purchased a faulty imitation if the hardware on your bag feels extremely light or fragile (e.g. some Louis Vuitton bags have lighter hardware than others).

Shoulder and handle straps

The shoulder straps and top handles are robust and well-made. Conveniently, the shoulder straps are adjustable and detachable. Either way the bag matches the clothing, that's how I like to carry it.

LINING

The Saint Laurent replica's interior is composed of the same smooth calfskin leather as the bag's exterior, with the difference that the interior leather is not grained like the exterior is.

RELIABILITY

In terms of accuracy, this fake YSL Bag has done a superb job, from the general design to the minute details. The dimensions given by the official website are true at 8.6 x 7 x 4.1 inches. The stitching is clean and well-done.

Unlike some other copycat bags, there is no leakage and the marking is clear and tidy.

To comply with the rules, an authentication card is also included with the packing.

This fake YSL purse fulfills every requirement for quality that I have personally evaluated. There are only two issues that I can point out: 1) the dust bag's imperfect quality; 2) the bag was slightly bent during shipping. I need to stuff the inside of the bag with plastic to help it maintain its shape because it was somewhat bent during transit to me. Fortunately, this is a fixable problem, so I'm not too concerned about it.
